The Moodle and Platonus systems synchronize with each othe, and a telegram bot acts as an intermediary. Therefore, the received password in the telegram bot will work for two systems, that is, the login will be carried out using a single username and password. And also, a QR code for the Platonus system for obtaining online certificates: A reference from the place of study, a reference for the military registration and enlistment office, a reference from the GTSVP and others. To get help, follow the following steps.
- Scan the first QR code to get a username and password;
- Enter your IIN;
- When receiving the password, click on the button “Get data forcibly”;
- In case of problems with obtaining a username and password, write the word “ in the telegram botSupport”;
- Log in to Platonus in the browser (Google, Yandex, Safari) [https://platonus.kafu.edu.kz/] (Scan the second QR code to log in to the Platonus system);
- Wait for the page to load fully;
- Click on the “Site map” and select “Information support”;
- Select the tab "Services”;
- Откроется список услуг (You should know exactly what kind of certificate you should receive or have a sample from the PSC);
- Select the required service, go down below and click on the “Apply”;
